Statement of remuneration paid<\/li>\n<li>T4A &#8211; Statement of pension, retirement, annuity, and other income<\/li>\n<li>T4A(P) &#8211; Statement of Canada Pension Plan Benefits<\/li>\n<li>T4A(OAS) &#8211; Statement of Old Age Security<\/li>\n<li>T4E &#8211; Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits<\/li>\n<li>T5 &#8211; Statement of Investment Income<\/li>\n<li>T3 &#8211; Statement of Trust Income Allocations and Designations<\/li>\n<li>T5008 &#8211;
